RAVOIL Global Inc., with its extensive background and experience in the energy market, is able to provide a full range of brokering activities. This background has earned us the appointments as the mandated representatives for two large United States based energy trading organizations. These two buyers, which RAVOIL represents, have charged us with seeking and assisting them in the acquisition of energy commodities on behalf of several large End-Users whom they represent. These End-Users comprise of utility companies and airlines based out of the United States.
Along with this, the experience RAVOIL brings to bear allows it to provide consulting and guidance throughout the negotiation process, from the very initial stages of contact, right through to conclusion of contracts. In general, much of the product transacted through RAVOIL goes to the United States of America. RAVOIL's area of focus has largely been in the purchase of relatively large quantities of D2 Gas Oil and Jet Fuel 54 for terms of between 12 and 60 months per contract. However, other energy commodities and smaller volumes and contract terms are also considered, both for purchase as well as sale, should these become available through the course of our dealings with our network of buyers and suppliers.
While RAVOIL's primary function has been to represent its two major clients, this is by no means its exclusive role. RAVOIL routinely does work on other contracts for buyer and sellers alike, and as such, is able to play the role of a neutral mediator of energy commodities.
